Lic. Fernando Mora Oreamuno was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, in 1967 and was admitted to the Costa Rican Bar in 1996. He earned his law degree and Notary Public certification from the University of Costa Rica and later completed doctoral studies through ULACIT in cooperation with the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
His professional practice includes commercial law, corporate law, civil law, labor law, and notarial services. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
Lic. Milton Jimenez is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in audits, financial administration, and real estate finance.
Holding a degree in Business Administration, he is a member of the College of Public Accountants of Costa Rica and previously served as an external auditor with Pannell Kerr Forster, one of the world's leading accounting and consulting firms.
His experience includes financial administration for real estate development projects, audits, and accounting services for legal practices throughout Costa Rica.
Lic. Picado Valverde earned his Bachelor's Degree in Forestry Engineering from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica in 1998 and later completed a Bachelor's Degree in Law at Castro Carazo University in 2018.
He is an authorized Forest Expert and a member of the College of Agricultural Engineers of Costa Rica.
Throughout his career he has worked extensively in the study, conservation, and management of Costa Rican forests and has collaborated with international companies and organizations throughout Costa Rica, Panama, and Belize.
Born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Ipo Reinhold studied Law at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and has managed several privately owned businesses specializing in international sales and business development.
He serves as Reinhold y Asociados' European representative, providing clients and investors with an international point of contact and facilitating communication between Europe and Costa Rica.
